Cancellation policy

1. Subscription Agreement By selecting a subscription offer at checkout, you agree to a recurring charge. You authorize True Fresh to automatically bill your chosen payment method based on your selected delivery schedule (e.g., every 30 or 60 days).

2. Recurring Billing & Pricing Your subscription will continuously renew. You will be billed the discounted subscription price locked in at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Your card will be charged automatically on the date your next order is scheduled to process.

3. The Frictionless Cancellation Policy You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time. There are no hidden fees and no locked contracts.

To avoid your next scheduled charge, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. 4. How to Cancel We do not hide the exit. To cancel your subscription:

  • Log In: Access your customer portal via our website.

  • Click Cancel: Select "Manage Subscriptions" and click the cancel button.

  • Email Us: You can also email our support team at [Insert Support Email] and we will process the cancellation for you.

5. Processed Orders & Refunds Once a subscription order has been billed and processed by our warehouse, that specific order cannot be canceled or refunded. Your cancellation will apply to all future charges.

6. Failed Payments If your payment method fails, we will pause your "Social Insurance" shipment. We will email you a secure link to update your billing details. We will not ship your next order until the payment clears.

7. Price Changes If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you via email well in advance. You will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before any new pricing takes effect.
