Return and Refund Policy

Order Changes and Errors We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. If you notice an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds, Returns, and Satisfaction Guarantee We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for unopened products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our support team at help@truefresh.co within 30 days of your order date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

For products that are defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a return address and arrange for a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or used hygiene products. However, we want you to love your results. If you have opened the product and are not satisfied, please contact our support team so we can make it right. Resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, a partial or full refund depending on the situation.

Refunds cannot be issued for orders where:

  • The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

  • The product has been opened or used, unless it arrived defective or damaged.
